The Bedfordshire Association of Town & Parish Councils offers support, advice, training and representation to parish and town councils in Bedfordshire.

The BATPC’s Executive, the County Committee, comprises 21 elected parish and town council representatives; 7 from the Bedford Borough area and 14 (7 parish and 7 town) from the Central Bedfordshire area . Elections are held every four years. The most recent elections were held in October 2010.
